How to Integrate Jira with CloudDefense.AI ACS?

Prerequisites

• For integrating Jira project to CloudDefense platform, you will need to generate API Token.

• Please follow attached link to create API Token - https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/manage-api-tokens-for-your-atlassian-account/ 

In order to create new integration with your organization’s Jira account, please consider the following guidelines.

Step 1:

Log into CloudDefense.AI Portal

Step 2:

After logging in, open the Left Navigation Bar, go to Admin, and select Integrations.

Step 3:

Once you get into Integrations, you will find Jira there.

Now, here are the steps to integrate Jira with CloudDefense.AI:

• Click on the 3 dots located at the top right corner and select Add New Integration.
  
  
  

• After clicking on Add New Integration, you need to complete a three-step process to integrate Jira.
  
  

1. Project Info: Provide an integration name (e.g., Testing), a product key, and a domain/organization name.
   
   
   
   Note: Checkmark the “My Jira is Hosted on Server” box before clicking on next.
   
   

2. Alerts Configurations: Choose the account you want to integrate with Jira: GCP, AWS, or Azure. You can select all accounts if you want to integrate Jira with all of them.
    

   
   

   Then, select the severity: Critical, High, Medium, or Low. (You can select all severity options if you want.) Whatever severity you will select those severity issue ticket will be automatically created on platform.

3. Credentials: Provide the email you used to create the Jira account and the Jira authorization key.
   
   
   
   

• Once you are done with these three steps, click the INTEGRATE button.

Your Microsoft Sentinel account is now successfully integrated with CloudDefense.AI.
